Hello 🙂 Todays post is a quick one! Today I simply want to share an easy Pesto recipe. Almond Cashew Pesto. Enjoy 🙂
Ingredients:
- 60g. sweet Almonds
- 60g. Cashesnuts
- the leafs from a small basilika plant (or appx. 15g)
- 120g. olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 0,75 deciliter of finely shredded parmasan cheese
How to:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

I love pesto and I am always searching for new recipes. This one sounds really yummy! he pesto I have ever had was bought from a local market in Italy and it was white, made out of wallnuts.
Walnut pesto sounds great. Will try to make that 🙂
