Smoothie Bowls is for me something a new, funny and colorful adventurous Breakfast to play around with. Today I made a healthy Green Smoothie Bowl that blew my mind and all my senses with it´s color and taste. I was even lucky enough that my 3 year old did not want to eat it – because of the green color, so I got everything for my self. -No complaints Yummy!
Making and eating these nutritious Green Smoothie Bowls fills all my senses with satisfaction and pleasure – A bomb of true foodie happiness!
It not only tastes good, but it´s full of awesome nutritious ingridients to start your day of in a really good way.
Here´s the recipe for this heavenly Green Smoothie Bowl
- 1 Banana Frozen or Fresh
- 1-1,5 cm Ginger depending on how “gingerly” you want the taste (I love Ginger, so I put at least 1,5 cm)
- the juice of 1/5 a Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon of Almond butter
- 1 Apple
- 1 Teaspoon of Spurilina
- 1,5 Deciliter of Almond Milk
- 1 Handful of Baby Leaf Spinach
Basically you can top these Smoothie Bowls with almost anything – here´s what I used on this one
- Chia Seeds
Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, and top with your favorite toppings.
