I LOVE Mondays, Mondays are really a great day, It´s the beginning of a new week and as so many other Mondays there are new projects and partnerships. Today I´m jumping, head first, right into a proper Marathon Monday.
There are people in the clinic coming for treatments, I´ll be teaching yoga and tonight I´m working with a lovely group of people making a dance performance together. We have our premiere in November and I will tell you much more about this when we get a little closer.
Our family is a very busy family at the moment, and even if busy is great most of the time I find that It´s a little more than what is healthy right now. I feel that I´m a little out of balance. That means for me getting to bed a little earlier and getting up earlier to have time to meditate and do some light yoga. It also means making sure that I eat the right stuff, and when I am busy – food prepping is one of the things that are more difficult to carry out. I´ts just another few weeks till we can breathe out a little, and I’m looking forward 🙂 Sometimes I´m wondering if we will get there. The Flu season is over us and you never know….
FLU SEASON.
Flu season is here and every year I hope we avoid it – we often do, but not always. Some of the things
we do to stay healthy is to focus on healthy living making sure we eat well, take our dietary supplements, wash our hands and drinks loads and load of Gingershots. I am preparing a post about Gingershots right now and will post it for you later on this week.

Don’t really do anything special to avoid the flu, just keep on living my ordinary relatively health lifestyle – and it seems to work, almost never get sick. 🙂

Weirdly enough I have not had a flue since starting running almost every other day. 🙂 But the first thing to do is get a C vitamin boost by having lemon and ginger. 🙂
