Good morning good people. Today is about breakfast and oats – Raspberry and Blueberry Overnight Oats 🙂
How are you this friday? I love friday’s, friday’s are my favorite day! Not only is the weekend approaching, but friday’s are also for learning. Right now im sitting on the train to Copenhagen towards the most exiting day of the week – yay 🙂
This morning I got up early at 5.45 and did a short and sweet Kundalini yoga sequence with the wonderful and wise teacher Emma Öberg. I did a class with her at Malmö Yoga festival this past weekend, and now im participating in an 40 day challenge with her – wonderful to open up the power in my system and embrace my potential. If you are curious to know more about Emma you can find her at www.mangalam.se (in swedish) After Yoga and my shower I had breakfast that I prepared last night.
