How are you? I hope you had a great weekend. Maybe you are still on vacation or maybe you are, like me, just getting back to work? This is my first post after a long and enjoyable summer vacation. I have enjoyed time with both family and friends.
It´s time to get back into getting up early in the morning, preparing healthy and nourishing food so that my blood sugar will be steady all day. Just time to get back into working mode. Getting back into working mode is not that hard for me this year. I love everything about my work and im exited for all the new things that are happening both around the blog and my new business Balance Room.
Snacks for grabs – Lingonberry powerballs. Today I´m sharing some power balls to die for. They are extremely fresh and tasty and packed with goodness. Lingon is rich in dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C and magnesium. And Hemp seeds are packed with omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids. I like eating these both before my training, but also just in the afternoon to keep my blood sugar level.
2,5 deciliter / 1 cup of Cashew nuts naturel
6 tablespoons of lingonberry powder
2 tablespoons of hempseeds
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 pinch of raw vanilla powder
2 pinch of cayenne powder
2 tablespoons of dried ginger root
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and keep mixing untill the batter is smooth.
Form the batter into small balls and roll them in Lingonberry powder or hempseed.
