It´s summer and I have taken four weeks off to spend with my dear family. Vacation and family time is important for me and therefore it´s a bit more quiet here on the Blog than usual over the summer. However there is time to write a little here and there and today I´m halfway through and it´s time you´ll get a little Summer vacation update from me.
This year I´m taking four weeks off, maybe not the best when I have just started up my business, but on the other hand I also went solo to be able to plan my time how I want to. 🙂
After the summer I will be digging into new training concepts and Ideas that I´m very exited to share with you all together with more Yoga and meditation, healthy recipes and much more.
Like New Year summer vacation is time for reflection and re-charging the batteries for the new season. I do this best by surrounding myself with people I love.
We started our vacation off going to beautiful rented summer house with good friends and their Kids, in Lumsås in Denmark. Despite half of the company took turns having the stomach flu, we had a cozy week. Most wonderful was it to experience how the children really enjoyed each others company going on little adventures on secret trails in the dunes among others.
The week was full of visits at the beach – everyday choosing between the north or south beach – Enjoying good food and lots of ice cream (not the healthy kind im afraid)
After Lumsås we send Daniel back to Malmö to work and Ny and I took the ferry over to Jutland to visit my parents in Silkeborg #motherland and this is where we are this week J up untill now we ar continuing the coziness with my family and especially Ny´s many cousins. We have even been a day to LEGOLAND – this was my first time too.
Spending time with my family means complete relaxation. There are no expectations, not too many plans and lots off my Fathers amazing food.
Enough from me at this point – Now it´s time to relax and enjoy even more 🙂
