Ginger Shot

This recipe gives about 2 liters and lasts for about a month in the fridge

  • 500 grams Organic Ginger
  • 2 liter Clean Water
  • 3-4 tbsp Organic Raw Honey
  • 3-4 juice of lemons


  1. Grate the Ginger roughly - Leave the peel on and put it into the water. Heat up the water, but NEVER above 60 degree for about 20 mins. (Do not boil as this will cause parts of the usefulness to disappear)

  2. Place a sieve on a saucepan and pour the ginger and water through the sieve. Make sure to remove all the liquid from the ginger. throw away the used ginger.
  3. Let the liquid cool down till 40 degrees and add the honey
  4. Cool down to room temperature and add the lemon juice.
  5. Pour the liquid through a sieve onto bottle and leave them in the fridge.
