Good Afternoon. It´s tuesday and time for a little update on the blog. Summer is here with all it´s dazzeling tastes 🙂  Today im sharing an easy Red Smoothie BowlEnjoy

Blueberries and Raspberries – I just can´t get enough of these wonderberries. Eating berries daily is good for you. Full of antioxidants, low in calories and high in certain vitamins, minerals, and fiber. And whats even better is that you can´t really eat to many of them.

Is our household Smoothies and smoothie Bowls has become a steady part of our routines either for breakfast or midday snacks all year around.


Red Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 Banana
  • 150g frozen or fresh Raspberries and Blueberries
  • 1-1,5 cm Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Almond butter
  • juice of half a Lemon or Orange
  • 2 dl. of Almond Milk (or your favorite plant milk)


Suggested topping:

  • Chopped Almonds
  • Fresh Berries
  • Fresh Mint
  • Chia seeds
  • shredded coconut
